We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners. Based on the need of Business Partner, we create the Product i.e. customised insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies. We then integrate these customised Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customised APIs on our SAAS platform.
Role Review :
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead strategic alliances with premier schools across India for our Health Insurance vertical. The role will focus on building, scaling, and managing school partnerships to drive enrollment, revenue, and long-term value.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Identify, onboard, and manage alliances with premier schools (K-12 / international / private schools) across PAN India.
● Drive partnerships for student, parent, and staff health insurance programs
● Own end-to-end partnership lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management
● Track partnership performance, revenue metrics, and renewals
● Build long-term, trust-based relationships with school leadership and decision-makers
Prerequisites
● 3-5 years of experience in Business Development / Alliances / Partnerships
● Prior experience in Edtech/ Publishing preferred
● Strong understanding of institutional sales and alliance-driven growth
● Proven ability to negotiate and close partnerships with senior stakeholders
● Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
● Willingness to travel extensively across India
