Role Review

The Content & Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering content and communication initiatives across key marketing touchpoints. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to create consistent, high-quality content that supports brand building, product communication, partner engagement, and internal communications.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Content & Communication

  • Own content creation and management across formats including blogs, case studies, newsletters and other marketing assets.
  • Develop content grounded in a strong understanding of business context, products, and target audiences.
  • Contribute to brand-led and product-led storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Manage content publishing and updates using CMS and related tools.
  • Track and assess content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

2. Social Media

  • Lead content creation and publishing across social media platforms.
  • Support employer branding, leadership communication, and thought leadership initiatives.

Prerequisites

  • Candidates with 1-4 yrs of relevant experience.
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple content formats and channels with clarity and consistency.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving role.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
