Role & Responsibilities:

  • Research, define, and continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on market data and sales/marketing feedback.

  • Identify and source high-quality accounts and contacts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.

  • Enrich, validate, and maintain accurate prospect and account data aligned with the ICP.

  • Generate, qualify, and prioritize leads by building targeted account lists based on fit and revenue potential.

  • Execute personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach as per SOPs and templates (no cold calling involved).

  • Maintain accurate and structured lead and account records in HubSpot with proper tagging and field completion.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and continuously improve lead quality.

  • Track performance metrics, report results, and suggest process improvements to optimize lead generation efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in lead development, sales, or marketing roles.

  • Proven expertise in lead generation (Must Have), data enrichment, and CRM management (preferably HubSpot).

  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay and other lead sourcing platforms. (Should be proficient in at least 1 GTM tool).

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and ICP development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive results.
