ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior program manager you will own and scale Vutto’s demand-side central operations, with a strong focus on driving operational excellence and execution efficiency across categories. The incumbent will be responsible for improving turnaround times (TAT), optimizing unit economics, and establishing structured category management practices to support business growth and operational scalability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

Demand Planning

• Drive demand planning and forecasting activities by analyzing historical trends, market demand, operational data, and business requirements to ensure optimal resource allocation and efficient supply-demand alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate demand fluctuations, improve forecast accuracy, and support business growth through data-driven planning and execution.

Cross-Functional Execution

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment.
• Break down silos and drive collaboration across teams.
• Manage dependencies and resolve cross-functional blockers quickly.

Operational Excellence

• Build lightweight but effective program management processes.
• Establish dashboards, OKRs, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements.

Risk & Change Management

• Proactively identify risks in a fast-changing environment.
• Drive rapid decision-making with incomplete information.
• Adapt plans as priorities evolve.

Executive & Founder Communication

• Provide structured updates to leadership.
• Support strategic decision-making with data and insights.
• Act as a force multiplier for the executive team.

KEY REQUIREMENT

• 4 years of experience in program management specially in a startup ecosystem
• Good people management skills and experience is required
• Has delivered exceptional results into operational chops
