- Inspect and diagnose faulty PCBs using testing equipment.
- Perform component-level repairs, including replacing ICs, resistors, capacitors, MOSFETs, connectors, and other electronic components.
- Carry out SMD and through-hole soldering and desoldering.
- Perform firmware flashing, programming, and software updates when required.
- Conduct functional testing and quality checks after repair.
- Read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Maintain repair records and prepare service reports.
- Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards.
- Coordinate with the engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
