Job Title: Senior Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Inventory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling overall inventory, ensuring accurate tracking andreporting of stock levels, and resolving disputes with EMS partners. The role requires stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- GRN vs Dispatch Reports: Prepare and analyse Goods Received Note (GRN) vs
- Dispatch reports, including direct supplies to EMS from vendors.
- Dispute Resolution with EMS Partners: Resolve disputes with EMS partners on a
- monthly basis, including penalties for misplacements.
- Partial Payment Releases: Manage partial payment releases till dispute settlement.
- Conversion Monitoring: Monitor conversion of standard production vs actual production.
- Inventory Recording: Ensure clear identification of purchases and recording in specific
- cost centres in Odoo or other ERP in future.
- Stock Transfers: Transfer stock to R&D & Service and other departments, track
- movement in ERP and monthly reconciliation of the stock
- Purchase Register: Maintain purchase register from Odoo or other ERP in future.
- Stock Reports: Prepare stock reports of EMS partners and as per VECMOCON
- calculations.
- Service Issuance and Consumption: Manage service issuance, consumption, and stock
- records, and intimate service team.
- Physical Verification: Conduct physical verification of inventory at monthly intervals
- initially and quarterly in future at all the locations where inventory is stocked.
Requirements:
- - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- - Minimum 5 years experience in Inventory Manager and reporting.
- - Experience of inventory management and reconciliation at supplier end.
- - Experience of working in established OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers in Automotive &
- Electronics industry
- - Experience of regular Inventory reconciliation activities with Auditing agencies
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Proficiency in Odoo or other ERP in future & Tally ERP systems
- - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong inventory control, reconciliation, and reporting expertise across internal and EMS-managed stock.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify variances and resolve discrepancies.
- High attention to accuracy, detail, and compliance, including audit readiness.
- Proven ability to manage ERP systems (Odoo / Tally) and ensure data integrity.
- Effective stakeholder and vendor coordination, including dispute resolution and follow-ups.
- Strong ownership and accountability for stock movement, cost centres, and documentation.
- Well-organized, process-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Clear communicator with a disciplined and integrity-driven approach to operations.
