Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineer with a specialization in Electric Vehicles (EVs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and quality systems, specifically in the development and production of EV components and systems. This role is crucial in ensuring production efficiency, reliability, and scalability in alignment with global quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

    1. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
    2. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
    3. Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
    4. Setting and achieving performance targets for production efficiency.
    5. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
    6. Identify and troubleshoot production issues, and provide solutions.
    7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
    8. Create and maintain production documentation and procedures.
    9. Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required.
    10. Poka Yoke (error proofing) where possible to prevent errors

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production engineering in automotive or electronics industries.

Proven exposure to EV production environments (preferred).

  • Knowledge of EV safety standards, ISO/TS 16949, and AIS regulations.
