What you'll do?
- Own and drive revenue growth across a portfolio of strategic banking accounts in India, including private sector banks and public sector banks. Manage the complete enterprise sales lifecycle—from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to solutioning, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
- Drive new business acquisition, renewals, and account expansion opportunities within existing banking relationships.
- Conduct executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews for senior stakeholders across banking and financial services organisations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, Digital Transformation Leaders, Contact Centre Heads, Operations Leaders, and Procurement teams within the banks.
- Understand customer challenges and business priorities, positioning SquadStack's solutions through a consultative and ROI-led sales approach.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure successful customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, account planning, and opportunity management through HubSpot and other sales tools.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by bringing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence back to internal teams.
What We're looking For:
- 8–12 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, closing seven to eight-figure deals in India with a significant portion dedicated to selling products or solutions directly to banks in India. (preferably large banks)
- Proven experience closing large enterprise deals with Indian banks, preferably private sector banks, public sector banks, small finance banks or leading banking groups.
- Strong network and established relationships within the banking ecosystem, including CXOs and senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement processes.
- Strong value-based and consultative selling skills with expertise in ROI articulation, business case development, and enterprise negotiations.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and managing strategic accounts.
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using modern CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Mandatory Requirement:
- This role is exclusively focused on selling to banks in India.
- Candidates must have direct experience selling products, technology solutions, SaaS, platforms, digital transformation, contact centre, AI, automation or enterprise services to Indian banks.
- Experience selling only to NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, wealth firms, payment companies or other BFSI adjacent customers will not be sufficient for this role.
- Candidates who have not directly sold to banks in India, please do not apply.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience selling SaaS, technology, customer experience, contact centre, digital transformation, AI, automation, fintech, or enterprise software solutions to Banks.
- Experience managing strategic accounts across leading private banks, public sector banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintech players.
