Job Summary
As AGM, AI Delivery & Enterprise Success, you will be accountable for how SquadStack's enterprise customers experience, adopt, and derive lasting value from our Voice AI platform. You will lead a team of AI Agent Product Managers and partner deeply with customers, from feasibility and onboarding through to stabilization and long-term success.This role sits at the intersection of product delivery, execution, customer success, deployment excellence, and business outcomes.
You will own the complete customer journey for a set of key accounts, ensuring that every deployment translates into measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with the pod leads and central teams to maintain execution excellence, strong account health, and scalable delivery practices.

What You'll Be Doing
- Run feasibility analysis before signing up new customers, ensuring the right fit and setting up deployments for success from day one
- Lead a team of AI Agent Product Managers and work with cross-functional teams to drive successful deployment and scale of Voice AI programs for enterprise customers
- Own solutioning for customers by deeply understanding their business goals and designing deployments that derive the outcomes they need
- Manage the complete product delivery lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing success
- Engage deeply with customer stakeholders to understand goals, risks, deployment requirements, and success metrics, acting as a senior trusted partner to their teams
- Drive product delivery, ensuring customers can operationalize SquadStack's Voice AI agents into their day-to-day workflows with measurable business impact
- Plan and execute experimentation cycles, deriving and communicating results and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders
- Work with Forward Deployment Engineers (FDEs) to build custom solutions tailored to individual customer requirements
- Own internal and external reporting, managing and driving the metrics that reflect both customer health and business performance
- Drive account health, adoption, retention, and expansion readiness through strong execution and consistent value delivery
- Identify risks early, remove blockers proactively, and maintain high standards of delivery quality and customer experience
- Hire, manage, and develop your team, building a high-performing delivery function over time
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience across product, product-led delivery, enterprise implementation, customer success, or operations in high-growth technology/AI environments
- Strong experience managing complex enterprise relationships and driving execution across multiple stakeholders
- Good business understanding - connecting customer goals, operational execution, and long-term account success
- Strong technical orientation and comfort working closely with Product and Engineering teams on large-scale AI or tech-enabled deployments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior customer stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you help shape solutions as much as you deliver them
- Strong ownership mindset, high agency, and ability to build systems instead of relying only on firefighting
- Proven experience in team management, including hiring, mentoring and leading high-performing cross-functional teams
