What you'll do:
- Assess quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend insights, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with the operations team to improve quality performance.
- Should have Hands-on experience in Team management (QA’s) and KPI's like Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering.
- Reviewing the adequacy and effectiveness of current SOPs / Process during internal audits in-tune with business requirements and revising the same as and when needed.
- Responsible for preparing and providing feedback to QA’s and respective advisors.
- Lead error calibration sessions with internal or external stakeholders
- Ensuring that internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations are being followed in audits.
- Identify variables that are critical to Quality (CTQ).
- Perform Training Need Analysis (TNA) and share the information with the L&D team.
- Offers suggestions for process improvement to forest exceptional customer experience.
- Working knowledge of Client MBR’s, ACPT, QA Stack rankings and QC tools.
What you have:
- Candidate must be a Graduate
- Should have managed a team of 8 -10 Quality Auditors
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as Team Leader/SME in Quality domain and 1 year as a Quality Analyst
- Candidate must have experience in BPO/Contact Center (Preferably Banking/Insurance Process)
Generic & Behavioral Skills:
- Should be well versed with G-Suite (Sheets/Doc/Slides/Forms etc)
- Preferred to have basic Lean & Six Sigma knowledge
- Knowledge of Contact Center methodologies and operational principles
- Analytical – Able to analyze data and draw insights.
- Preferably from a voice process.
