Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Billing & Revenue Accuracy

• Own end-to-end billing for services:
• Ensure accuracy between usage logs, CRM data, and invoices.
• Validate billable minutes, connected calls, and productivity metrics.
• Manage pass-through costs including markups and reimbursements.
• Ensure GST compliance and correct tax treatment in invoices.

2. Collections & Working Capital Management

• Drive collections strategy and reduce DSO.
• Build structured follow-up cadence with enterprise clients.
• Manage escalations with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Lead reconciliation calls with customers.
• Prepare weekly aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Improve cash conversion cycle.

3. Automation & Process Improvement

• Automate billing reconciliation between:
  • Telephony systems
  • CRM
  • Zoho / accounting software
• Implement maker-checker controls.
• Build AR dashboards (aging, disputes, realization rates).
• Reduce manual dependency in invoice generation.
• Drive digital collections and payment tracking systems.

4. Controls & Audit Support

• Maintain AR documentation for statutory audit.
• Ensure revenue recognition support documentation is complete.
• Handle customer disputes and credit notes.
• Strengthen internal controls around billing and adjustments.

• DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
• Aging bucket performance
• Billing accuracy %
• Dispute resolution TAT
• Collection efficiency ratio
• Revenue leakage control

Qualifications

• CA / Inter-CA /
• 5–8 years of AR / O2C experience
• Proven expertise in:
  • Telecalling or BPO billing structures
  • High-volume transaction environments
  • Enterprise collections
  • GST invoicing compliance
• Experience with Zoho or similar accounting tools preferred.
• Strong G Suite skills (reconciliations & data analysis).

Preferred Experience

• SaaS + service hybrid model exposure
• Working with telecom vendors
• Exposure to automation tools / ERP integrations
