We are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with strong analytical and communication skills to work with our business teams. We are planning to grow 10x in the next 18 months, have a 200+ member team and have raised ₹190 crores from leading investors.

This role is highly strategic and facilitative, requiring a combination of focus and flexibility. You will play an active, behind-the-scenes role, supporting various teams and projects across the organization. We seek a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and analytical skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with Product, Strategy, and Sales teams based on your skills and interests to support priority projects.
- Assist in the company-wide goal-setting process and communicate progress against these goals.
- Ensure successful execution of key projects across the organization.
- Optimize day-to-day operations, carry out high-priority initiatives, and address strategic questions.
- Evaluate new markets, verticals, and use cases for potential entry.
- Aid in the development and management of strategic partnerships.
Requirements

Logistics
- Location: Noida or Goa
- Stipend: 35K per month
