Responsibilities
Retargeting & Campaign Management:
- Own full-funnel retargeting strategy & execution across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Display.
- Build and manage remarketing audiences (ICP, behavior, website activity, CRM lists, engagement).
- Design multi-touch nurture & retargeting journeys across Email, WhatsApp & Ads.
- Run experiment-driven campaigns (A/B tests, cadence, messaging, segmentation).
- Own performance KPIs: MQL→SQL conversion, engagement rate, CPL, funnel velocity, CAC efficiency.
CRM, Segmentation & Automation
- Own lead segmentation, list management, lifecycle stage logic, and personalization within HubSpot.
- Build and optimize lead scoring models based on demographic & behavioral data.
Content & Communication:
- Write high-impact copy for retargeting ads, email sequences, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Collaborate with design to develop creative assets and campaign visuals.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance / Lifecycle Marketing
- Strong ability to create persuasive copywriting for ads & emails
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads / YouTube
- HubSpot Marketing Hub or equivalent CRM/automation systems
- Retargeting audience building, segmentation & funnel mapping
- Deep understanding of funnels, B2B buyer journeys, attribution & metrics
- Comfortable analyzing data to drive decision-making using dashboards & insights
- Ownership mindset, speed & experimental attitude
