About the role:
As a Recruitment Coordinator at SquadStack, you will be the backbone of our hiring operations. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless, high-velocity recruitment process. This role demands exceptional ownership, communication, and operational discipline, as you support a high-growth environment with multiple parallel hiring tracks.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling across multiple functions with speed and accuracy.
- Handle all candidate communication—interview invites, confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and feedback loops.
- Maintain updated candidate records and pipeline hygiene in our ATS (Keka / internal tools).
- Support sourcing for high-priority roles across Sales, Operations, Product, and Tech as needed.
- Own pre-offers and offer letter operations: documentation, verification, and internal approvals.
- Ensure flawless candidate experience at every touchpoint—professional, timely, and aligned with SquadStack values.
- Assist recruiters in executing hiring drives, assessments, and weekend recruitment events.
- Track and publish weekly dashboards: pipeline status, TAT, interview feedback compliance, offer progress, and joining funnel.
- Partner with the onboarding team to ensure smooth handover from offer to Day 1.
- Ensure 100% compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-first (candidate-first) orientation.
- High ownership mindset, comfortable working with tight timelines and moving priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
