Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist for Insurance Agent Hiring to join our growing team in Noida. As an Insurance Agent Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting qualified insurance agents for our partner organizations. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by a results-oriented environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a keen interest in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Identify, source, and recruit qualified insurance agents through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the insurance industry.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates.
- Building Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified insurance agents for future hiring needs.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with recruitment agencies and external vendors to augment sourcing efforts and ensure alignment with organizational hiring standards.
- Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate leads for potential candidates by utilizing various tools and platforms to attract top talent. This includes conducting targeted keyword searches and leveraging recruitment software to identify and engage qualified individuals.
- Referral Programs: Develop and manage employee referral programs to encourage internal recommendations and enhance the quality of hires.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and sales teams to understand recruitment needs and drive effective hiring strategies.
- Training and Development: Provide initial training and onboarding support to newly hired agents, ensuring they are set up for success.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with legal and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of the insurance sector and its workforce needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms, social media, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in vendor management and lead generation strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
