We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients, selling insurance products, and providing tailored advice to meet client needs. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, customer service, and developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Understand clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable products (life, health, auto, home, term insurance, etc.).
- Design and present tailored insurance solutions based on individual or business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to offer accurate, timely advice.
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining records in CRM systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week (24 days per month) at the Noida office.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Versant 3 and above).
- Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or in a similar role in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Solid knowledge of insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Valid insurance license (as per local regulations).
Preferred Qualification
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Familiarity with the local insurance market.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
