Where you'll be doing

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, often involving data collection and analysis.

Requirements Gathering:

• Assist in defining product requirements, translating user needs into actionable tasks, and prioritizing features.

Data Analysis:

• Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and other relevant data to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery and adoption

Roadmap Contribution:

• Assist in defining and managing the product roadmap, identifying goals, and tracking progress.

Release Management:

• Support the PM in managing release communications, training materials, and ensuring a smooth launch.

Product Testing:

• Participate in product testing, gathering feedback from beta testers, and ensuring product quality.

Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare reports and presentations on project updates, communicating with stakeholders and keeping everyone aligned on the product's goals and progress.

Product Ideation:

• Assist in developing new product ideas based on market trends and customer needs.

Skills that make you a great fit

• 1 Years experience as APM and overall 2-4 years experience in any domain
• B2b experience is preferred
• Know-how of technology that goes behind the product.
• Must be a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
• Ability to clearly communicate and listen intently.
• Wise, curious and independent learning machine.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Traits & culture: Entrepreneurial & willing go the extra mile.
