Responsibilities

• Support operations team to ensure seamless accuracy and quality made by contractors.
• Responsible for driving quality for clients including training and sharing feedback with contractors.
• Night Support(rotational): Ensure seamless operations -> Quality and TAT is achieved during night hours.
• Working on training material on the app for accuracy.
• Taking Knowledge Transfer sessions on educating the Contractors on maintaining Quality.
• To make sure that we are working with 95% Quality SLA on Projects.
• Make sure underperforming contractors are re-trained or removed from the platform.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in the same field.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional eye for detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and working the night shift (rotational).

• Compensation: 3-3.5 lakhs per annum
• Location: Noida (Hybrid)
