Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field.

4–10 years of experience in FG sourcing, supply planning, production planning, 3P manufacturing or related

supply chain functions.

Strong experience in multi-manufacturer/3P operations and strategic supplier management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven approach.

Good understanding of S&OP, capacity planning and supply chain KPIs.Role

Overview

Own end-to-end FG sourcing, capacity planning and production execution across third-party manufacturers, ensuring

supply availability, cost efficiency and manufacturing performance in line with business requirements. Lead a team of

3–4 members and drive strategic supplier, capacity and network decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand, Capacity & Supply Planning

Own demand-to-supply planning across all manufacturing partners, aligning requirements with available capacity.

Lead capacity planning and identify gaps/risks across manufacturers; develop mitigation and contingency plans.

Drive optimal allocation of production across the manufacturing network.

  • FG Sourcing & Manufacturer Management

Own the FG sourcing strategy, including manufacturer selection, allocation and capacity commitments.

Manage strategic relationships with 3P manufacturers, driving performance, capacity, cost and service

improvements.

Lead supplier development, onboarding and network optimization initiatives.

  • Production Planning & Execution

Own the overall manufacturing plan and ensure adherence to production and supply commitments.

Monitor plan vs. actual performance and drive timely resolution of production, capacity and supply constraints.

Partner with Procurement, Quality, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

  • Performance & Business Metrics

Drive key metrics including OTIF/service level, production adherence, capacity utilization, stock availability, cost

and working capital.

Establish regular performance reviews and use data to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement

Contribute to S&OP and translate business requirements into supply and capacity plans.

Identify manufacturing bottlenecks, process inefficiencies and structural risks, and lead improvement initiatives.

Drive long-term capacity and network strategy in line with business growth.

  • Team & Stakeholder Leadership

Lead and develop a team of 3–4 members, ensuring clear ownership and effective execution.
