● Own and manage performance marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads
(Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid platforms
● Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets
● Develop and implement data-driven strategies to scale customer acquisition
● Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights and
analytics
● Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and
conversion funnels
● Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
● Analyze user behavior and funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics,
Mixpanel, or similar
● Manage budgets effectively and allocate spends across channels for maximum ROI
● Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new growth opportunities.
● Build and lead a high-performing performance marketing team (for lead role)
