Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordination, making agendas & MOM for meetings and activities of MD.
- Prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously and timely follow-up on issues as per assignments.
- Coordinate with entire business teams for arranging review meetings, business plan discussion, collect required data and prepare presentations for Meetings as & when required.
- Planning and managing MD’s tasks.
- Willingness and flexibility to assist in all areas of the business is important.
- Managing communication on behalf of Managing Director.
- Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
An Ideal candidate shall be:
- Having sound Knowledge of Office Management Systems And Procedures
- Extremely good at MS-Excel & MS-Word & PowerPoint
- Able to articulate MD Messaging to the intended recipients.
- Extremely good at English verbal and written communications
- Must have an aspiration for leadership role
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
