• Execute employment, education, and Video KYC verifications in line with IDfy SOPs, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct verification through emails, calls, portals, database checks, and video calls.
• Perform KYC video calls to validate candidate identity, documents, and liveness as per defined protocols.
• Review and validate documents such as offer letters, experience letters, degree certificates, mark sheets, government IDs, and other supporting records.
