Role Overview...

Every loan. Every account. Every merchant onboarded. Someone has to decide: is this real?

Today, that decision is buried in spreadsheets, scattered tools, and gut calls. We are changing that.

OnboardIQ is iDfy's flagship onboarding platform for banks, NBFCs, and insurers. Itis used by some of

the largestfinancial institutions in India and abroad. We are now building the next generation ofit, a global,

low-code back-office productthat puts reviewers in control and lets risk teams configure workflows without

writing code.

We are looking for a Product Managerto own a core slice ofthis journey.

We are the match if...

  • Atleast 2- 4 years of core product management experience.
  • Ability to bring structure to messy problems and run sharp prioritisation.
  • Prior experience building LOS, CRM, or equivalent workflow-heavy products.
  • Comfort withAI-led product patterns: LLMs, summarisation,retrieval.
  • Bonus: experience in risk, fraud, or compliance products.

How you will work -

  • Write PRDs that people actually read.
  • Sit with customers. Watch them use the product. Listen more than you talk.
  • Partner with engineering on trade-offs. Decide fast. Documentfaster.
  • Obsess over one metric per quarter. Move it.

Here’s what your day will look like...

Global scale from day one. This is not an India-only product. You will ship to markets across

Asia,the Middle East, and beyond.

Real ownership.APM-1 at IDfy owns a roadmap, not a backlog. You will work directly with

engineering, design, and leadership.

Build atthe intersection ofAI, risk, and workflow. Few PM roles let you touch all three. This one

does.

Customers who care. Our users are risk analysts, ops leaders, and CXOs at top financial

institutions. Their feedback will shape what you build.

Craft matters here. We care about PRDs that think clearly, dashboards that answer the right

question, and UX that respects the reviewer's time.
