Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager – Solution Consulting, you will be responsible for breaking down client problems, executing solutions, and ensuring things work on the ground. From analysis to POCs to implementation—you will own execution end-to-end.This role is for someone who is analytical, hands-on, and outcome-driven, with a strong bias for action.

Here’s What Your Day Will Look Like...

• Analyze client problems and identify structured solutions
• Evaluate client applications, workflows, and systems
• Define scope and approach for Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Work hands-on with tech teams to execute POCs
• Drive POCs to go-live and ensure successful implementation
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation and post go-live
• Coordinate with client stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
• Prepare reports, insights, and present solutions clearly
• Travel to client locations and work closely with on-ground teams
