Role Brief-

As an Assistant Manager Solution Consulting, you will be responsible for breaking down client problems, executing solutions, and ensuring things work on the ground. From analysis to POCs to implementation you will own execution end-to-end.

This role is for someone who is analytical, hands-on, and outcome driven, with a strong bias for action.

We're the perfect match if you-

• Have 1-3 years of experience in analytical/ problem-solving roles
• Have strong quantitative and analytical abilities
• Have a BE/BTech degree (Tier 1 institutes preferred)
• Are comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
• Have the ability to think through problems and identify practical solutions
• Are able to interact with stakeholders and communicate clearly
• Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Are comfortable working hands-on with technology during execution
• Can manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Have a getit done mindset

Here's what your day would look like-

• Analyze client problems and identify structured solutions
• Evaluate client applications, workflows, and systems
• Define scope and approach for Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Work hands-on with tech teams to execute POCs
• Drive POCs to go-live and ensure successful implementation
• Troubleshootissues during implementation and post go-live
• Coordinate with client stakeholders throughoutthe lifecycle
• Prepare reports, insights, and present solutions clearly
• Travel to client locations and work closely with on-ground teams
