We’re looking for an Director – Brand Marketing someone who doesn’t just manage brand, but owns it. From positioning and narrative to content and design, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects a sharp, differentiated, and unmistakable IDfy identity.

This role is not just about campaigns. It is about building a brand engine, one that scales with the business, drives recall and supports revenue.

Here’s What Your Day Will Look Like -

  • You will act as the custodian and advocate of the IDfy brand, driving positioning, narrative, and consistency across all channels. Every message, every visual, every interaction—aligned and intentional.
  • You will define and evolve how IDfy shows up in the market—our voice, our story, and our differentiation in a crowded B2B SaaS landscape.
  • From thought leadership to website content, sales narratives to campaigns—you will own the content strategy and execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact.
  • You will oversee design across all touch points including -

-Website and digital assets

-Marketing campaigns and sales collaterals

-Internal communications (newsletters, publications).

-You ensure everything is visually sharp, consistent, and on-brand.

  • Building and Scaling Brand Systems - You will establish and enforce brand guidelines, workflows, and quality benchmarks, ensuring scalable and efficient brand execution.
  • Leading and Elevating the Team - You will build and mentor a high-performing team across content and design, raising the bar on thinking, execution, and speed.
  • Partnering with Business Teams - You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams, ensuring brand supports demand generation, product positioning, and business growth.

We’re a Perfect Match If You -

  • Have 8–12 years of experience in brand marketing, content, or design-led roles
  • Have strong experience in B2B SaaS or product companies
  • Have owned brand strategy and execution end-to-end
  • Are not coming from a traditional ad agency background
  • Have a strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and design systems
  • Can balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • Have experience leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
