As we roll out features, customer journeys and new products at breakneck speed, we need a qa automation architect who can build and architect complete test automation framework for integration testing, UI testing, regression, load and performance testing.

You will design the automation backbone that our teams rely on, and inspire automation testers to think like engineers. This role is equal parts architect, hands-on problem solver, and people leader — someone who sets direction, raises the bar, and builds a culture where quality is owned, not escalated.

You’ll work on platforms that handle massive scale, complex workflows, and zero-tolerance-for-failure use cases. Your job is to ensure that quality keeps up — and often stays ahead.

We Are the Perfect Match If You…

• Have 10-15 years in QA and automation testing.
• Have strong hand-on experience in microservices integration testing framework, UI Automation testing frameworks, regression test automation, load testing and performance testing
• You have quality mindset, can understand systems from customer perspective and build test automation for the most important customer journeys
• You have used AI to bring efficiency and scale in test automation
• Can design scalable automation frameworks and still jump in to debug a failing pipeline
• You lead by example and can mentor coach testing team members to level up — in design thinking, coding, and ownership
• Understand distributed architectures and most common causes of failures and how to replicate production issues in test environments

Here’s What Your Day Will Look Like…

• Getting a good understanding of our product stack, the value they create and unlock for our customers
• Gain a deep understanding of current qa and automation practices. Identifying where the gaps lie and how those gaps can be addressed using extensive automation. Rise the bar on test design and coverage
• Build, maintain and evolve our test automation for all the products and services within the platform
• Mentoring and coaching automation testers and helping them grow into strong quality engineers
• Partnering with Engineering, Product and Platform teams to improve testability by design
• Embedding automation deeply into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows. Creating dashboards to track the progress across various testing stages.
• Identifying systemic quality gaps before they become production incidents
• Acting as the voice of quality in technical and product discussions
